I learned about this app from Laura, the organic farmer at the Ashland Farmers Market: Dr Gregor's Daily Dozen
I started using the app on July 17th. I decided not to worry about how well I was doing (how many of the 24 things could I use (check off) a day) but I think about building up, doing better and trying something new, each day.
I started watching some of the videos of Dr. Gregor teaching more about food today. My mind is being blown about how little we are told about healthy ways to eat. I will share the key things I learn in this blog to help you all benefit from food with me.
